The Casa Foundation
The Casa Foundation, established in 1994, is a tax-exempt, nonprofit operating foundation. Its mission is to develop, oversee, and administer philanthropic resources for the benefit of the not-for-profit Casa de las Campanas Life Plan Community, which provides housing and services to approximately 500 residents.
Since its inception, the Foundation has provided funding in excess of $8 million for a wide range of projects and services benefiting Casa de las Campanas residents. Over 75% of the Foundation’s approximately $12 million in assets are endowed funds, which provide permanent support for a variety of expenditures including resident hardship assistance, health equipment and services, employee scholarships, transportation expenses, music programs, and resident activities. Every dollar that the Foundation provides helps to lower fees and enhance services for everyone.
